Sebastian, a brilliant particle physicist haunted by his genius, finds himself transfixed upon his research. As his obsession builds so does The Machine, a quantum teleportation device that's purpose evolves to take on Sebastian's hidden intent. Unable to cope with life's mounting tragedies the scientist attempts to find a way of reaching into his past to correct a grave mistake.
